Filmy Fasaana is a free puzzle game. You can play the first story as a guest; to unlock the rest you sign in with Google, so the game's maker can see who is playing. This page explains exactly what is kept and how to remove it.
Playing as a guest
Nothing about you is stored on our server. Your progress is saved only in your own browser, and the server keeps no record of guest play beyond the standard web logs described below.
What we keep
- From your Google account: your name, email address, profile picture link and Google's account ID. We never see your Google password, and we ask Google for nothing else.
- From playing: when you sign in and when you last played, and which stories you open, which chapters you solve, which secret endings you find and which stories you finish.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone.
Why
To know who plays the game and how far players get, so the stories can be improved.
Where it is stored
On the game's own server, in a database only the maker can read. Your sign-in is kept in a secure cookie that scripts on the page cannot read; it expires after 30 days. Like any website, the server's logs also record IP addresses for security; those logs are deleted after about two weeks.
Your game progress (solved chapters and settings) is also saved in your own browser so you can carry on where you left off.
Removing your data
In the game, open Settings (the gear) and tap Delete my account. Your account and everything recorded about your play is erased from the server straight away. You can also remove the game's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections.
